In order to streamline support requests and serve you better, we use a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned to a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Repairs - RMA

Our Repair department provides a full repair service both during and after the warranty period. We also perform repairs for old products of Philips Power Supplies, Cherokee Europe, Mitra E&I and Mitra Innovations.
