The R&D department develops a prototype and makes all necessary tests and our Sales Support Engineer is ready to visit your application in the field and help to make everything ready to implement a quick and successful installation.
We offer our customers a complementary service of assembly and integration. You can rely on our highly skilled technicians who have a large experience in realisation of complex assemblies based on our own design and/or design and equipment of our customers. You can completely outsourse your rack, frame or cabinet assembly to Alpha Technologies, from component purchasing to cabling to testing.
Installation and tests are performed by our local partner integrators. Alpha Technologies performs a final control test to verify the correct operation of all functions of the system.
We organise technical trainings for resellers, partners and integrators who distribute and install our solutions.
On demand, we can also provide hands-on training for end user employees or service providers to familiarise them with the equipment, avoid errors and reduce the installation and maintenance costs.
Our Repair department provides a full repair service both during and after the warranty period. We also perform repairs for old products of Philips Power Supplies, Cherokee Europe, Mitra E&I and Mitra Innovations.
