Modular X33 UPS installed in highly critical application

The recent successful installation of the first modular X33 UPS in a highly critical application was an opportunity to remember the cornerstone of achievements like this: detailed and in-depth preparations. The exchange of the UPS without power interruption took 15 minutes. But the preparations took many hours.

In this particular case of a highly critical mission, the project included a detailed site evaluation, a review of possible solutions, a planning and working schedule for each involved party, delivery, installation, cabling, battery connection, switching on, training of the end-user service personnel and evaluation. Alpha Technologies took the lead from A to Z in this turnkey project, completing it on-time and with very positive feedback from the customer. Of course each project is different and requires a different approach. For example, the repetitive installation of multiple sites will probably be optimized by detailed training of the people in charge of other equipment installation together with availability of hotline support during the installation period.

As a project-driven organization we offer a very complete service: from a custom-designed power supply embedded in end-user equipment right through to a network management application including multiple power solutions… Our dedicated project teams are ready to become the customer’s interim task force, working on assignment with the focus on reducing the total cost of ownership of the application.

Our goal is nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction, and contributing to the sustainable development of your business. To find out about the difference we can make for you, just get in touch with our sales department. We’re ready to help!
